Our pet friendly apartment homes are newly renovated in 2016 with all new kitchens and flooring. Every apartment home comes with connections for washer/dryer along with microwave and dishwasher. **Please note: This apartment may have carpet instead of plank flooring. This information will be updated as soon as we know more.

Application Fee: $35/adult (non-refundable)
Administrative Fee: $150/household (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: $250 up to 1 month’s rent dependent on screening results
Water/Sewer/Trash: $60/month for one-bedroom and $80/month for two-bedroom
Electric Service: billed from utility company to resident

Please note: We do not have a model apartment. Touring an apartment is dependent on made-ready vacancy status and varies day to day.
