Submit a Maintenance Request
Please contact our Rental Office at 317-879-8000 for all Routine Maintenance Service Requests. For after hour Emergency Service Requests, please contact our On-call Maintenance Technician at 317-771-2022. Leave the Nature of your Emergency Service, contact number and your address, and Maintenance will respond promptly. Emergency requests include no electricity, no water, no air conditioning, water leaks, range or refrigerator not working, freezer not working, or clogged toilets.
If you would like to submit an online Routine Service Request, you may do so by clicking on the box below and entering your service information. If service request is submitted after 5:00P.M., your service will be submitted to our Maintenance Department when the Rental Office is open.
Always call 911 if you a Medical Emergency or see any suspicious activity around our community.
